How can I help you?

Over the years we have constantly kept up our learning. Many people start their journey with injury restrictions, and in my experience back problems are amongst the most common. This is why made a big effort learning about the spine and spine health enabling us to work with physios and doctors to help people with back pain, rather then work around a problem. What we offer.

1- Postural and movement assessment. This gives us an indication of what you can do exercise wise in or out of the gym as well as whats likely going to cause you problems.

2- Pain assessment. This process takes you through certain movements to try and provoke a small amount of discomfort. From there we can start figuring out what movements we need to amend or avoid both in and out of the gym.

3- A comprehensive program to strengthen the areas we find lacking in the initial assessment.

4- Once we have figured out your pain triggers we can then give you a plan to avoid the movements that cause your back pain. If we continue to do the things that cause us pain we will continue to be in pain. Finding out the cause, (and there almost always is a repetitive action that causes pain) and we can change or take out that pain trigger.

5- Give you the knowledge you need to learn about your pain triggers so you can manage your back pain yourself.

George is a wizard, he gets the best out of me even on an off day! Highly recommended having trained with plenty of different PT’s over the years, he’s certainly one of the best around.
